Officials from Ukraine and Russia are in talks in the Turkish city of Istanbul, for the first face-to-face meeting in more than two weeks. Russian oligarch Roman Abramovich is also in attendance, after reports he and at least two Ukrainian peace negotiators were suffering symptoms of suspected poisoning after a meeting in Kyiv earlier this month. Senior fellow at the Atlantic Council, Michael Bociurkiw, tells The World the reported poisoning agent didn't threaten their lives, but it did make them sick.
