U.N. nuclear watchdog chief Rafael Grossi visited the Russia-held Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant in Ukraine Wednesday. Grossi has expressed alarm about the potential for a nuclear disaster amid fighting in the area. Russia begins exercises with its Yars intercontinental ballistic missile system with 3,000 personnel and 300 pieces of equipment, the country’s defense ministry said.
